Hi there,
My wife (Samantha Rozario) and I (Desmond Rozario) had our annual checkups on Aug 12, 2022.
It looks like some of the lab work that was requested isn’t covered as preventative and is deemed ‘Not Medically Necessary’ by Cigna since 2021.
Mainly the Vitamin B and Vitamin D tests.
I reached out to Cigna and they said that the Doctors Office can send a Correction Order to the lab so that they can send a Correction Claim.
Or your office can file an appeal to fix the problem.
